Stress isn’t the enemy. It’s information — your biology saying, something matters. Most people fight that energy until it burns them out. My work is about teaching the body and mind to read it, ride it, and redirect it — because what we call stress is often just the body asking for direction.
For nearly three decades I’ve been coaching elite athletes, leadership professionals, and everyday nervous systems through the full spectrum of performance and pain — the physiology, psychology, and raw experience of being alive.
After a neurological injury rewired my world, I rebuilt myself from the inside out. That process became the foundation of FlowMind Coaching™ — not a concept, but a training ground for self-mastery.
